Responsibility
- Lead and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output quality.
- Develop and implement strategic production plans aligned with company goals and market demands.
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of manufacturing equipment to ensure operational reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, quality assurance, and supply chain, to streamline workflows.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Mentor and train production staff to foster a culture of excellence, safety, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Drive the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, such as automation and IoT, to modernize production lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production engineering or manufacturing management, with a proven track record in process optimization.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex production data.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software, ERP systems, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Quality Management (e.g., ISO 9001) is a plus.
