Responsibility
- Provide technical support for production machinery and equipment in a cleanroom environment.
- Monitor and maintain machine performance to ensure optimal efficiency and minimal downtime.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues during production processes.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for medical product manufacturing.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Document technical procedures, maintenance logs, and performance reports.
- Support the training of production staff on equipment operation and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a production or engineering support role, preferably in a cleanroom or medical device manufacturing setting.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in machinery maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and cleanroom protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
