Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate the receiving, storing, and dispatching of inventory to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and generate reports.
- Collaborate with logistics and procurement teams to streamline supply chain operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and operational standards.
- Resolve inventory-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions in the supply chain.
- Implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
