Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize oilfield production operations to ensure maximum efficiency and output.
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance productivity.
- Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular inspections to prevent downtime and ensure safety compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and implement corrective actions.
- Design and improve production systems, tools, and methodologies to reduce costs and increase operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present technical reports, performance metrics, and recommendations to senior management.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Train and mentor junior engineers and operational staff to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in oilfield production, manufacturing engineering, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production optimization, process control, and equipment maintenance in the oil and gas sector.
- Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or simulation tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
