Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day project operations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, using project management tools.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project momentum.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, drawings, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to engineering standards.
- Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays or cost overruns.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns in a timely manner.
- Utilize digital tools (e.g., BIM, CAD, or project software) to streamline information sharing and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; licensed engineer preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project control, site supervision, or construction management.
- Proven track record of managing mid-to-large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and CAD tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with international construction codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with occasional travel to project sites.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or local dialects is a plus.
