Responsibility
- Conduct full-time site supervision for road and bridge construction projects.
- Monitor progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and government agencies.
- Review and approve technical drawings, methodologies, and material specifications.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and site personnel to uphold best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 15–20 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on road and bridge projects.
- Proven track record in site supervision and contract management.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for stakeholder coordination.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and permits.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, project management software, and MS Office.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali for the contract duration.
