Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor ESH policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Lead risk assessments, hazard identification, and incident investigations to mitigate workplace risks and prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular ESH audits, inspections, and training sessions to promote a culture of safety and accountability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESH best practices into daily operations and long-term strategic planning.
- Oversee waste management, pollution control, and energy efficiency initiatives to support sustainability goals.
- Prepare and submit ESH reports, documentation, and performance metrics to senior management and regulatory bodies.
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance ESH standards and align with industry benchmarks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for ESH-related inquiries, emergencies, and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ESH management within the manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international ESH regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Proven track record in developing and implementing ESH management systems, risk assessments, and emergency response plans.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in ESH software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
