Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with technical specifications.
- Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement project plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and milestone tracking.
- Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of manufacturing equipment and systems to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all project phases.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports, including progress updates, cost analyses, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. A Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or energy sector.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar engineering software, as well as project management tools like MS Project or Jira.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is highly desirable.
