Responsibility
- Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects within palm oil plantations.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed reports on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Support the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards in construction and infrastructure development.
- Assist in the development of sustainable and eco-friendly engineering solutions for plantation operations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including drawings, permits, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in agribusiness, plantation, or construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainable construction practices.
- Ability to work in remote locations and adapt to challenging field conditions.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and commit to long-term project assignments.
