Responsibility
- Perform on-site installation, calibration, and maintenance of medical equipment in hospitals and clinics across Bali.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and safety checks to ensure equipment compliance with industry standards.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to train end-users on proper equipment operation and maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records, including work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts used.
- Coordinate with the central support team to escalate complex issues and order replacement parts as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, safety protocols, and company policies during service visits.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and representing Transmedic professionally.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service, preferably with medical or electronic equipment.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read schematics, use diagnostic tools, and perform repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within Bali.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs) as required.
