Responsibility
- Design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost-efficiency.
- Oversee production lines, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to introduce new products and enhance existing ones.
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, SOPs, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and other relevant industry certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production engineering, preferably in FMCG, beverage, or packaging industries.
- Proven expertise in process optimization, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of automation systems (PLC, SCADA) and production software (e.g., SAP, MES).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22000, or HACCP standards.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Indonesian is advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong leadership and teamwork skills.
