Responsibility
- Plan and schedule production orders to ensure optimal machine utilization and timely delivery.
- Monitor daily production output and reconcile against master production schedules.
- Analyze production performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement and quality control, to streamline supply chain processes.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive production reports for management review.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards within the facility.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and work-in-progress items to support continuous production.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in production planning or engineering within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
- Strong understanding of production scheduling techniques and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to the Woodlands region.
