Responsibility
- Oversee daily production line operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Monitor and optimize incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance workflow, reduce downtime, and increase output.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., quality control, logistics, maintenance) to resolve production bottlenecks.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with industry and company standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, including performance metrics, yield analysis, and resource utilization.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and new technologies.
- Support the design and layout of production facilities to improve ergonomics, safety, and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in production engineering, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficient in using CAD software, MS Office, and ERP systems for process documentation and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot production issues under pressure.
- Familiarity with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Willingness to work in Badung, Bali and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
