Responsibility
- Oversee and coordinate daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
- Monitor production workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and quality assurance teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and material flow.
- Develop and maintain production reports, KPIs, and performance metrics to track progress and drive improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing processes.
- Lead root cause analysis for production delays or defects and propose sustainable solutions.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance productivity and skill development.
- Support the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and automation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in production control, manufacturing operations, or a similar role (senior-level candidates preferred).
- Strong knowledge of production planning, MRP/ERP systems, and inventory management.
- Proven ability to analyze data, interpret production metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and production management software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
