Responsibility
- Assist in daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient workflow.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for material replenishment.
- Prepare and maintain accurate production reports, documentation, and records.
- Support quality control processes to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and improve processes.
- Operate and maintain basic production machinery and equipment as required.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in the setup, adjustment, and cleanup of production workstations.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing or logistics is a plus.
- Proven experience in a production, warehouse, or manufacturing environment (1-2 years preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of production processes, inventory management, or quality control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn internal software systems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
