Responsibility
- Assist in the assembly, testing, and packaging of semiconductor components under strict quality control standards.
- Monitor production lines to ensure efficiency, safety, and adherence to operational protocols.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor technical issues.
- Document production data, including output metrics, defects, and process deviations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Follow all EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Assist in inventory management, including material handling and stock replenishment.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Vocational Certificate in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in production, assembly, or quality control (preferably in electronics or semiconductor industries) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg).
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Willingness to work in 12-hour shifts (including nights/weekends as required).
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles is advantageous.
