Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure timely and efficient output while maintaining quality standards.
- Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize equipment downtime and extend asset lifespan.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production and maintenance staff to achieve operational goals.
- Monitor production KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations in all production and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to manage inventory and supply chain requirements.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Coordinate with engineering and R&D teams to introduce new technologies and improve existing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in production and maintenance management, preferably in manufacturing.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, maintenance strategies, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Familiarity with safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, ISO) and environmental standards.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems, CMMS, and production management software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
