As a Production Administrator, you will be the backbone of our production team, managing critical administrative tasks that keep our operations running seamlessly. Responsibility
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all production-related documentation, including work orders, inventory logs, and quality control reports.
- Coordinate with production managers, supervisors, and floor staff to ensure accurate and timely data entry for daily output, material usage, and workforce allocation.
- Monitor production schedules and deadlines, flagging potential delays or discrepancies to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual production reports for management review.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards in all administrative processes.
- Liaise with procurement and logistics teams to track raw material deliveries and finished goods dispatch documentation.
- Manage digital filing systems and databases to ensure easy retrieval of production records and historical data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing administrative workflows and suggesting efficiency enhancements.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in administrative roles within manufacturing, textile, or production environments is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and quality assurance documentation.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal) for cross-departmental communication.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic knowledge of textile manufacturing processes is a plus.
