Responsibility
- Coordinate client interactions and communications with professionalism and accuracy.
- Manage and update CRM systems to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Track and organize critical documents, ensuring timely processing and retrieval.
- Support workflow optimization by identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in financial services.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a night shift environment.
- Familiarity with financial terminology and processes is a plus.
