Responsibility
- Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services for the Director to meetings, events, and appointments.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness, fuel levels, and regular maintenance checks.
- Plan and optimize travel routes to avoid delays, considering traffic conditions and alternative paths.
- Assist with light administrative tasks, such as managing the Director’s travel itinerary and coordinating with other staff as needed.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding the Director’s schedule, destinations, and discussions during transit.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide courteous and professional assistance to the Director and any accompanying passengers.
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a professional driver, preferably for executives or high-profile individuals.
- Excellent knowledge of Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, etc.).
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of professionalism, punctuality, and discretion.
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform minor checks.
- Flexibility to work extended hours or on weekends as required.
- First aid certification or willingness to obtain one is a plus.
