Responsibility
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing outputs.
- Maintain accurate production records, including inventory logs, work orders, and quality control documentation.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, and logistics) to streamline material flow and minimize downtime.
- Generate and analyze production reports to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all administrative tasks.
- Assist in forecasting production needs and coordinating resource allocation to meet demand.
- Manage data entry and documentation in ERP or production management systems with high accuracy.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production administration, manufacturing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges.
- Familiarity with inventory management, production planning, and quality control processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural setting.
