Responsibility

  • Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of manufacturing outputs.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including inventory logs, work orders, and quality control documentation.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams (procurement, warehouse, and logistics) to streamline material flow and minimize downtime.
  • Generate and analyze production reports to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards in all administrative tasks.
  • Assist in forecasting production needs and coordinating resource allocation to meet demand.
  • Manage data entry and documentation in ERP or production management systems with high accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma projects.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production administration, manufacturing, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset to address operational challenges.
  • Familiarity with inventory management, production planning, and quality control processes.
