Responsibility
- Manage and organize production-related documentation, ensuring accurate filing and easy retrieval.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for the production team and management.
- Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy, including inventory logs, production reports, and administrative records.
- Handle internal and external communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence with suppliers, clients, and team members.
- Assist in preparing and distributing production reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to support production operations.
- Support the onboarding process for new production staff, including preparing necessary paperwork and training materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners) and basic troubleshooting.
- Willingness to adapt to a dynamic work environment and learn new processes quickly.
