Responsibility
- Oversee and optimize daily administrative operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and local regulations.
- Manage company assets, including procurement, inventory tracking, and maintenance, to support business needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for government agencies, ensuring timely submissions of permits, licenses, and other legal documentation.
- Develop and implement administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance productivity and reduce operational bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, Operations) to align administrative processes with organizational goals.
- Prepare and present reports on administrative performance, budgets, and compliance to senior management.
- Lead and mentor administrative staff, fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and integrate digital tools or software to automate and streamline administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., PMP, CIMA) are a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative management, office operations, or a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing compliance, government relations, and asset administration in a corporate or multinational environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with ERP or administrative management software.
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to process improvement and cost optimization.
- Ability to work independently, lead teams, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
