Responsibility
- Serve as a primary liaison between Chinese and Indonesian teams, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Handle administrative tasks, including document translation, email correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and business documents in both Mandarin and English.
- Support various departments with office operations, data entry, and logistical arrangements.
- Coordinate travel and accommodation for visiting Chinese executives or partners.
- Provide interpretation services during meetings, calls, or business negotiations.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in a Chinese-affiliated company or exposure to Chinese business culture is advantageous.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Languages, or a related field is preferred.
