Responsibility
- Manage the Director’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional and timely communication.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and documents to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate and follow up on action items from meetings, ensuring accountability and progress tracking.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain high standards of professionalism.
- Assist in project management by liaising with cross-functional teams and monitoring deadlines.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support strategic business initiatives.
- Oversee office logistics, including procurement, vendor relations, and administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and calendar management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook).
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to anticipating and resolving issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in the food industry, FMCG, or corporate sector is highly advantageous.
