Responsibility
- Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and issue quotations for clients, maintaining competitive pricing and terms.
- Handle invoicing and payment tracking, ensuring all financial records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Conduct costing analysis to support pricing strategies and operational efficiency.
- Generate and present management reports, providing insights into production performance and financial metrics.
- Coordinate with production, sales, and logistics teams to ensure smooth workflows and communication.
- Maintain and update administrative systems, databases, and records for optimal efficiency.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, production support, or office management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in handling financial and operational data.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
