Responsibility
- Manage and update CRM systems to track client interactions, follow-ups, and documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, brokers, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and transaction processing.
- Prepare and organize mortgage application documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Australian regulations.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, including email outreach, social media updates, and promotional material preparation.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and file management.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to support business decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in administrative support, preferably in finance, real estate, or mortgage industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
