Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive executive support to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling.
- Oversee workplace operations, ensuring a productive and well-organized office environment.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, visas, and accommodations.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for executive and workplace-related expenditures.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication at all times.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing follow-up actions.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes to streamline workflows.
- Assist in planning and executing company events, workshops, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant, workplace support, or administrative role, preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with virtual collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a multicultural team.
