Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and procedures in alignment with local and international education regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to legal and organizational standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for compliance reporting, inspections, and accreditation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance best practices and regulatory updates.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including government agencies and accreditation bodies, to ensure timely submissions and resolutions.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Support the development of internal controls to mitigate risks and enhance organizational integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Law, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, administration, or regulatory affairs, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong knowledge of local and international education compliance frameworks (e.g., MOE, IB, or other accreditation standards).
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
