Responsibility
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching optical products and materials.
- Implement and monitor inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with production teams to align warehouse activities with manufacturing schedules and product demand.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for product handling, storage, and quality checks.
- Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Analyze warehouse performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery timelines for local and international orders.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies for product storage and handling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, inventory management, or product operations, preferably in manufacturing or optical industries.
- Proven ability to manage teams, streamline processes, and improve operational efficiency.
- Strong proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP, WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory compliance in product handling.
- Effective communication and leadership skills to collaborate across departments.
