Responsibility
- Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies to drive market penetration across key segments.
- Conduct deep-dive market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop compelling product collateral and training materials.
- Monitor product lifecycle performance and implement optimizations to improve sales conversion rates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and technical support for the sales team.
- Analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Manage inventory projections and coordinate with production to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in product management, sales support, or business development.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
