Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for diagnostic and laboratory products in Bali and surrounding regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and usage of FC-BIOS solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the local market.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting to ensure customer satisfaction and product adoption.
- Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or product management within the diagnostic, laboratory, or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of diagnostic and laboratory equipment and their applications.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is a plus.
