Responsibility
- Serve as the primary technical expert for biology-related products, providing in-depth knowledge to internal teams and external clients.
- Develop and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals, ensuring proper product usage and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create compelling product messaging and materials tailored to the biology and healthcare sectors.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Support customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring high satisfaction and product adoption.
- Assist in product launches and demonstrations, showcasing features and benefits to key stakeholders.
- Gather and relay customer feedback to R&D teams to inform future product development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, advancements in biology, and emerging healthcare technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Biology, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or a related field (Masterâs or PhD is a plus).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a product specialist, sales, or technical support role within the healthcare or medical technology industry.
- Strong understanding of biological principles, laboratory techniques, and medical devices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools is highly desirable.
- Passion for healthcare innovation and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
