Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
- Conduct regular health screenings, including blood pressure checks, glucose monitoring, and basic diagnostic tests.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all employees.
- Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs.
- Educate employees on health best practices, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
- Coordinate with external healthcare providers for referrals and follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (S.Kep) or equivalent; licensed nurse in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in occupational health, corporate nursing, or clinical settings.
- Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency response, and basic medical procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive medical information with discretion.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is a plus.
- Familiarity with workplace safety regulations and health compliance standards.
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
