Responsibility
- Provide strategic leadership to medical and ancillary teams, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance management of medical professionals, including specialists, RMOs, and allied health staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, HR) to optimize resource allocation and service delivery.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with national and international healthcare standards.
- Represent the organization in stakeholder engagements, including government agencies, medical associations, and community outreach programs.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data-driven insights to senior management for decision-making.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the medical affairs department.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with a valid license to practice in Indonesia.
- Minimum 10 years of clinical experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Medical Director, Head of Department).
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary medical teams and ancillary services (e.g., diagnostics, rehabilitation, pharmacy).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations and accreditation standards (e.g., KARS, JCI).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans in a healthcare setting.
- Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource optimization for medical services.
- Commitment to ethical practices, patient safety, and continuous quality improvement.
