Responsibility
- Provide technical expertise and product demonstrations to clients and internal teams.
- Develop and deliver product training sessions for sales teams and customers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create compelling product collateral and presentations.
- Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to AIoT security and networking solutions.
- Work closely with vendors and partners to ensure seamless product integration and support.
- Gather customer feedback to improve product features and usability.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, IoT, and cybersecurity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT networking, security, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of AIoT, cybersecurity, and networking protocols.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with CCTV, surveillance systems, or wireless networking solutions is a plus.
- Certifications in networking (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or security (e.g., CISSP, CompTIA Security+) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and training sessions.
