Responsibility
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, clinics, salons, and retail partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets in assigned territories.
- Provide expert product knowledge and training to clients and internal teams.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and sales growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns and events.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service and follow-up.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in sales, product promotion, or business development, preferably in the beauty, cosmetic, or aesthetic industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of beauty products, skincare, or aesthetic treatments is a plus.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali, Lombok, and surrounding areas.
- Fluent in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
