Responsibility
- Lead the transition of products from R&D to full production readiness, ensuring adherence to design and quality standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize product performance.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including technical specifications, process flows, and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new product introductions or process changes.
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, manufacturing, or process engineering.
- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to product safety and quality.
