Responsibility
- Lead and support design coordination efforts, ensuring alignment between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to optimize project designs and construction methodologies.
- Implement Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools, including BIM, to enhance project visualization and clash detection.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and ensure project milestones are met.
- Oversee project execution phases, including quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications.
- Develop and review technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and method statements.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in construction engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical engineering roles, with a focus on construction projects (Senior Engineer: 8+ years).
- Proficiency in VDC/BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD) and engineering analysis tools.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and managing project timelines.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or BIM is a plus.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is advantageous.
