Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end EPC projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to streamline project execution.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, contracts, and compliance with project specifications.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and government agencies to align project objectives.
- Monitor financial performance, cost control, and resource allocation.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in EPC project management, preferably in infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale construction or reconstruction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic project environments.
