Responsibility
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs, pain points, and market gaps in the education sector.
- Design and execute user interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather actionable insights.
- Analyze data using statistical tools and frameworks to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for product improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams to translate research findings into user-centric solutions.
- Develop competitive intelligence reports to benchmark Solve Educationâs offerings against industry standards.
- Create compelling research presentations and documentation to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in EdTech, behavioral science, and product innovation to inform strategic decisions.
- Advocate for the user by challenging assumptions and proposing data-backed recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Psychology, Sociology, Market Research, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product research, UX research, or market analysis (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in research tools (e.g., SurveyMonkey, Typeform, Google Analytics, Hotjar) and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, or SQL).
- Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills, with a knack for storytelling through data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex findings clearly and persuasively.
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for education, technology, and human-centered design with a growth mindset.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a bonus.
