Responsibility

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals, including content calendars, posting schedules, and platform-specific campaigns.
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, images, videos, infographics) tailored to each social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or Hootsuite, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, professional, and brand-aligned manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay ahead of emerging social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, ad creation, and A/B testing, to maximize ROI.
  • Curate user-generated content and influencer partnerships to amplify brand authenticity and reach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in a remote or agency setting.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter) and management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media and content marketing.
