Responsibility

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and display networks to drive engagement and conversions.
  • Create and curate high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, videos, graphics, and copy) aligned with brand voice and audience preferences.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.), including budget allocation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROI, conversion rates) using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar to refine strategies.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and content creators to ensure cohesive and compelling digital assets.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging platforms, proposing innovative tactics to outperform competitors.
  • Build and nurture community engagement through social media interactions, influencer partnerships, and loyalty programs.
  • Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance and present insights to stakeholders for data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
  • Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager).
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills with an understanding of tone, style, and platform-specific best practices.
  • Experience with CRM tools, email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and marketing automation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); Indonesian language is a plus.
