Responsibility
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement in the Indonesian market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and drive business growth.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, partnerships, and sponsorships to strengthen brand presence.
- Create compelling content for social media, blogs, and other digital platforms to engage audiences and build brand loyalty.
- Support the design and production of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and presentations.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong passion for marketing and digital trends, with a keen interest in brand development and customer engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
