We’re seeking a dynamic KOL (Key Opinion Leader) / KOC (Key Opinion Consumer) Specialist to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. As a KOL/KOC Specialist, you’ll collaborate with top-tier influencers, micro-influencers, and brand advocates to craft compelling narratives that resonate with target audiences. Your expertise in social media trends, content co-creation, and performance analytics will be key to executing data-driven campaigns that deliver measurable ROI. Whether you’re negotiating partnerships, monitoring campaign KPIs, or fostering long-term relationships with creators, your work will directly shape our brand’s digital footprint.

Responsibility
- Influencer Partnership Management: Identify, vet, and onboard KOLs/KOCs aligned with brand values, audience demographics, and campaign goals.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop end-to-end influencer marketing strategies, including briefs, timelines, and content guidelines.
- Content Collaboration: Work with creators to co-develop authentic, on-brand content (e.g., posts, stories, videos, reviews) that drives engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs (engagement rates, reach, conversions, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, or third-party platforms.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-term partnerships with influencers, ensuring brand loyalty and recurring collaborations.
- Trend & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to refine approaches.
- Budget Management: Allocate and optimize influencer marketing budgets to maximize impact while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Reporting & Insights: Prepare post-campaign reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 2+ years in KOL/KOC management, influencer marketing, or digital PR, preferably in e-commerce, lifestyle, or FMCG sectors.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook ecosystems, including creator monetization and audience behaviors.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or influencer platforms like Upfluence, AspireIQ).
- Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional written and verbal skills in English to pitch ideas, negotiate contracts, and resolve conflicts.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to brainstorm innovative campaign concepts and adapt to evolving digital trends.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
- Networking: Existing relationships with influencers or a track record of building them quickly.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, content calendars, and social listening platforms is a plus.
