In this role, you’ll blend creativity with analytics to manage our social media presence, optimize SEO/SEM strategies, and create compelling content that resonates with food enthusiasts and luxury consumers. Your expertise will help us tell the story of Le Louvre’s artisanal craftsmanship while boosting online visibility, foot traffic, and sales.

Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (social media, email, PPC, SEO) to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) with engaging content, community interaction, and influencer collaborations.
- Create and optimize SEO-friendly content (blogs, website copy, metadata) to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to refine campaigns.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with A/B testing to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and copy aligned with brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture email marketing campaigns to promote new products, events, and loyalty programs.
- Stay ahead of digital trends in F&B and luxury marketing, proposing innovative ideas to outpace competitors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or luxury brands.
- Proven track record in social media management, SEO, and paid advertising with measurable results.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Creative, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
