Responsibility
- Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Design and implement trade marketing strategies, including promotions, merchandising, and retailer collaborations to boost sales.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with sales teams to create trade-specific tools (e.g., POS materials, sales kits) that support channel partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using KPIs (e.g., ROI, brand awareness, sales lift) and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Manage brand budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize impact.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in FMCG and hospitality to innovate marketing approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in brand management, trade marketing, or FMCG marketing.
- Proven track record in developing successful brand and trade campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM, Excel).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Indonesian language is a plus.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and fast-paced environments.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing is advantageous.
