Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to gather feedback and assess their evolving needs.
- Prepare and present reports on customer interactions, trends, and feedback to management.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to build brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or account management roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
