Responsibility
- Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other channels.
- Create engaging content, including graphics, copy, and videos, to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, click-through rates) to optimize campaign performance.
- Support the planning and coordination of influencer and partnership collaborations to expand brand reach.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities for growth.
- Assist in managing the brand’s social media calendars and scheduling posts for consistency.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with visual identity.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) and basic analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through content.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) or video editing software is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote or hybrid environment.
- Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Prior internship or project experience in marketing, content creation, or digital media is a bonus.
