Responsibility
- Design and produce high-quality digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, and email campaigns, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Edit and enhance video content for marketing, training, and promotional purposes, ensuring professional quality and engaging storytelling.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, and regional teams to develop visually cohesive campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets, including typography, color schemes, and imagery, in line with company standards.
- Stay updated on design and video trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while delivering high-impact creative solutions.
- Optimize graphics and videos for SEO and social media platforms, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.
- Provide design support for regional marketing initiatives, adapting content for local markets as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant design/video tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual hierarchy in both digital and print media.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing (e.g., Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices for visual content and social media optimization is a plus.
